Nick Sasso has been a contractor since 1991 and an inspector since 1997. Nick holds multiple inspector licenses, and is also licensed as a plans examiner and florida building code administrator through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.  Because of his strong credentials Nick was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to the Florida Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board in 2005.  He was reappointed in 2009 by Governor Charlie Crist.  He is certified as a building official (C.B.O.) by the International Code Council.    Nick previously served the State of Florida as an expert witness with matters related to contracting (1995-1998).  Expert services include:
